Job Title: Human Resources AssistantLocation: Panama City, FL 32407 (On-Site Job)Duration: 12 Months Contract Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mon–Fri, occasional weekends) Pay Rate: Up to $19/hr.Job Summary: Seeking an HR Assistant to support daily HR operations, including onboarding, employee records, compliance, and administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate background checks and pre-employment processesPrepare and manage new hire paperwork and onboardingConduct employee orientationsMaintain accurate and confidential employee recordsSupport offboarding and HR compliance activitiesGenerate HR reports and assist with auditsProvide administrative support (scheduling, emails, documentation)Assist with employee events and benefits enrollmentQualifications:High School Diploma required2+ years of administrative/HR experience preferredStrong communication, organization, and multitasking skillsProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
