Candidates whose experience closely matches the position will be contacted directly by the AIS recruiting team.\n\nJob Summary\n\nAll IT Solutions is seeking an Analyst/Developer to join a client engagement.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nWorks on critical application/technical problem identification and resolution, including responding to off-shift and weekend support calls\nDevelop scripts and automation tools to better detect and correct application issues\nDevelop monitoring and alerting capabilities to proactively detect application issues\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBachelors/Master's Degree with 2-4 years' experience in this capacity\nNo college degree but has technical certification with 6+ years' experience\nRequired Experience, Knowledge & Skills – Technical\nAt least 2-4 years of experience in Application Support\nExpertise with relational databases support, querying and database reporting preferably Snowflake\nExperience with AWS services: EC2, S3, VPC, Route 53, RDS, CloudFormation, EC2, DynamoDB (NoSQL), Lambda, logging/CloudWatch, IAM, Certificate Manager, ELB, EBS, ECS, CloudFront/WAF, SQS, SNS, SES\nExperience troubleshooting issues related to UI / API & Data flow\nExpertise with high availability architecture\nExperience in Monitoring Tools (Ex: Thousand Eyes, AppDynamics, Grafana etc.)\n2+ years of application support experience for cloud based applications\nExperience working with AWS services and SQL for queries in Snowflake\nExperience troubleshooting API's\nBackground in data management, data engineering, or data operations / Familiarity with ADO pipeline framework\nExperience with Python / related scripting language for automation needs\nExperience as SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) for improving the application Availability / Performance\nWorking experience with programming languages: Python, Power shell, SQL & JSON\nWorking knowledge on deploying autoscaling features (no hands-on support required)\nTriage & Resolve support tickets as per the defined Service Level agreement\nTickets Resolution – Proactively identifying and managing issue resolutions / documenting and provide follow-up on the resolution process with requestor\nInvolve in Application Availability & performance monitoring\nSometimes they will work on dealer communication\n\nABOUT ALL IT SOLUTIONS LLC\n\nHeadquartered in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, All IT Solutions LLC is a technology and workforce solutions company serving government and commercial organizations throughout the United States.
