In this vital role, you will oversee the packaging and strapping processes while maintaining safety and quality standards. As a leader in our manufacturing plant, you will coordinate daily operations, mentor team members, and troubleshoot equipment issues to keep production running smoothly.\nDuties\nLead a team of employees in a fast paced, highly automated manufacturing environment\nWorking leader, working side-by-side with team members\nWork is primarily indoors with continuously open doors to outside weather conditions\nPrior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred\nTake on an active role in leading departmental 5S initiatives\nPosition is 2ND SHIFT (1pm-9pm) Monday-Friday\nSkills\nPrioritize SAFETY first, then QUALITY and PRODUCTION\nPrior leadership experience\nAbility to direct work and hold team accountable for results\nCommunicate clearly with management and fellow team members\nMust be able to stand, stoop, bend, climb and lift 50 lbs.\nMaintain cleanliness in work areas and return all tools to service in as good or better condition than when started\nWork overtime, as needed (including some weekends)\nRegular and reliable attendance\nOther duties as assigned\nTriangle Brick Company is a leading brick manufacturer headquartered in Durham, N.C.
