Are you that person?\nJob Description:\nThe Project Administrator for Customer Success will be responsible for managing projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling supplemental invoicing to insurance carriers, following up on new estimates, and managing customer invoicing.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCustomer Communication: Keep clients updated on the process and progress of their roofing projects, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.\nCustomer Satisfaction: Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction.\nSupplemental Invoicing: Prepare and send supplemental invoices to insurance carriers for additional project costs.\nFollow-Up: Contact insurance carriers to follow up on new estimates and ensure timely processing.\nCustomer Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to customers, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.\nJob Profit Margins: Monitor and manage job costs to ensure projects meet targeted profit margins.\nQualifications:\nPrevious experience in project administration, project management, or a similar role, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills.\nExcellent communication and customer service abilities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with project management software.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nDetail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.\nWhy Join Us?\nGreat Company Culture: Be part of a supportive and friendly team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.\nRoom for Advancement: We are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
