Sevan provides company-paid lodging, travel expenses, and a vehicle allowance for qualified non-local candidates.\nWhat You'll Do:\nLead all day-to-day field operations on a complex commercial/institutional construction project\nManage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, quality, and schedule performance\nDrive project milestones through detailed planning and coordination\nConduct daily field meetings and weekly look-ahead planning sessions\nCoordinate inspections, turnover activities, and owner-facing site meetings\nIdentify and resolve field issues while maintaining schedule and budget objectives\nMaintain strong client relationships and represent Sevan on-site throughout the project lifecycle\nWhat We're Looking For:\n10+ years of commercial or institutional construction experience\nExperience serving as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent on ground-up and/or major renovation projects\nStrong concrete construction experience, including foundations, slab-on-grade, formwork, reinforcing steel, and concrete placement\nProven ability to lead subcontractors and maintain aggressive project schedules\nAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications\nOSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain)\nWhy Join Sevan?\nSevan is nationally recognized for workplace culture, industry leadership, and safety.
