This role requires a solid understanding of the asset management business, collaboration with a variety of departments, and excellent organizational skills\r\nEssential Duties\r\nPrepare and deliver standard monthly and quarterly reporting to all investors\r\nResearch and resolve all exceptions related to standard client reports\r\nCollaborate with internal business partners at all levels on client reporting issues, enhancements and custom reporting\r\nPopulate and maintain secure client online portal\r\nCollaborate with IT on client reporting and client portal development\r\nLiaise with other departments (Client Services, Marketing, Operations, Performance Attribution, Legal) to support client requirements and assist in providing information related to client inquiries\r\nPrepare a variety of internal reports for broad distribution across the firm\r\nIdentify ways of creating efficiencies/improving processes\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university\r\nPrior experience working in financial services (internship experience will be considered)\r\nWorking knowledge and understanding of capital markets\r\nProficient with Microsoft Office applications\r\nProfessional Skills Qualifications\r\nA self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently\r\nStrong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail\r\nExcellent verbal and written communications skills\r\nWell organized and able to prioritize multiple requests from a variety of sources\r\nA team player and collaborates well with others\r\nEstimated Compensation\r\nBase Salary\r\n\r\nFor CA and NY based position, the base salary range is $80k - $97k. This is an anticipated range only.\r\nOther Compensation\r\nEligible to be considered for an annual discretionary bonus\r\nBenefits\r\nEligible for TCW's comprehensive benefits package.\r\nThis role requires candidates to work from a TCW office a minimum of four days a week.
