The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and developing integrations between Facets and enterprise applications, leveraging APIs, middleware, ETL processes, and healthcare data standards. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, business analysts, Facets SMEs, and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions that support enrollment, claims, provider, member, care management, and other payer functions\n\nResponsibilities: -\n\nDesign, develop, and support integrations involving the TriZetto Facets platform.\nConfigure and develop Facets batch processes, workflows, and interfaces.\nBuild and maintain inbound and outbound data integrations between Facets and enterprise applications.\nSupport Facets modules including:\no Membership\no Claims o Benefits\no Provider Management\no Billing & Finance\no Authorization/Referrals API & Middleware Development\nDevelop REST and SOAP APIs for Facets-related integrations.\nBuild middleware solutions using platforms such as:\no MuleSoft\no IBM ACE/IIB\no Apigee\no Azure Integration Services\no Other ESB/API Management platforms\nImplement real-time and batch data exchange solutions. Data Integration & ETL\nDevelop and maintain ETL processes supporting Facets data exchanges.\nWork with large-scale healthcare data files including:\no EDI 834\no EDI 835\no EDI 837\no EDI 270/271\no EDI 276/277\nCreate complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning solutions. Healthcare Domain Support.\nCollaborate with business and operations teams to understand healthcare payer workflows.\nSupport Medicaid, Medicare, Marketplace, and Commercial lines of business.\nParticipate in production issue resolution and root cause analysis. Testing & Deployment.\nSupport SIT, UAT, and production deployments.\nDevelop unit test cases and integration test plans.\nTroubleshoot integration failures and coordinate defect resolution.\nParticipate in release planning and deployment activities.
