The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. This role is essential in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, managing complex schedules, coordinating travel and meetings, and serving as a key liaison across departments.Role ObjectivesProvide dedicated support to a senior executiveManaging schedule and calendar through OutlookCollaborate with other Executive Assistants to align priorities and maintain seamless schedulingArrange and book business travel, client meetings, conference calls, and reserve meeting rooms or external venues as neededHandle expense reporting and reconciliation for travel, meetings, industry events, using CONCUR and COUPAOrder business cards, submit maintenance requests, and manage office supplies procurementCoordinate food and beverage services for client meetings and make business dinner reservationsHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalismCoordinate and prioritize incoming requests and ensure timely responsesQualifications And SkillsPrior experience in an administrative or executive assistant roleBachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred)Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build positive relationships with other EAsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid PC literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, PDF toolsFamiliarity with CONCUR and COUPA preferredAbility to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentExceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workExcellent organizational and time-management skillsSMBC’s employees participate in a Hybrid workforce model that provides employees with an opportunity to work from home, as well as, from an SMBC office.
