Lead Painter

ACI Coatings is looking for experienced painters to join the us and run a 2-3 man crew/van as a Lead Painter. We currently employee 60+ painters and are running 25+ crews to commercial and residential work all over eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. We are looking for people with 3-5+ years of painting experience, painting large commercial buildings, and high-end custom homes. Airless Pump efficiency is required for all our lead painters. We are looking for someone with experience managing multiple other employees and planning out month long jobs by the day and week to ensure all deadlines are hit.Advertised wage range is a starting point.
