Property Manager

Hendricks Real Estate is looking for a licensed agent to join our team in the NW Austin / Cedar Park / Leander area. We are lean & hungry group of agents that specialize in working with investors to purchase, renovate, lease and manage investment property in Austin, San Antonio, and all parts between. Investors are flooding the real estate market with all of the job and population growth in Central TX; this is your chance to become an expert in this often-overlooked but profitable corner of the real estate world. You will have a portfolio of 100-150 doors, and will be responsible for: 1. New owner/property onboarding 2. List all vacant and turnover properties for lease in MLS and other sites 3. Manage turnover/make-ready process to minimize vacancy time and costs 4. Be the primary point of contact for all owner and tenant communications 5. Manage lease renewal process (running comps, setting renewal offers, executing renewal documents) 6. Manage maintenance & work orders - assign to appropriate vendors, secure owner approval as needed, track to completion 7. Complete all move-out and periodic walk-throughs Job Requirements: 1. Active Texas Real Estate License 2. Driver’s license and reliable transportation capable of transporting real estate signs 3. 2-3 years of real estate sales, property management, or apartment leasing experience 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 5. Live in NW Austin / Cedar Park / Leander area 6.
