Our ideal candidate is passionate about energy efficiency and shares our commitment to making a difference.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAssist in analyzing energy use and identifying trends or patterns related to weather, occupancy, and operational variables.\nSupport energy engineers in evaluating building performance, including HVAC, lighting, and controls systems.\nContribute to energy audits and field assessments by gathering data, performing basic calculations, and documenting findings.\nHelp review standardized analysis outputs for accuracy, under supervision.\nParticipate in site visits and interact professionally with clients and on-site personnel under guidance.\nLearn and apply company tools, methods, and best practices in energy efficiency projects.\n\nPerform other duties as needed.\n\nWhat You Need\n\nBachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field preferred; candidates with equivalent coursework or demonstrated interest in energy efficiency also encouraged to apply.\nUp to 1 year of relevant experience (internships, academic projects, or related work a plus).\nInterest in building systems, energy efficiency, and sustainability.\nBasic understanding of relationships between energy use.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nDetail-oriented with solid organizational skills.\nComfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nWillingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a dynamic technical environment.\nAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.\nOpen to learning and embracing new challenges.\n\nThis position offers a salary range of $70,000–$77,000.
