Role Description We are seeking a full-time Heating Air Conditioning Specialist for an on-site position at our Holliston, MA location. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, as well as handling troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through superior service delivery. You will work closely with team members and customers to address heating and cooling needs efficiently and effectively. Qualifications Proficiency in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repairStrong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve heating and cooling issuesCustomer service skills to provide excellent service and ensure client satisfactionExperience with preventive maintenance procedures to ensure system efficiency and longevityBasic understanding of plumbing systems is a plusRelevant certifications or licenses in HVAC or plumbing work are preferredAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentValid driver’s license with a good driving record
