The Edgeworth Club has openings in the following culinary stations: Grill Station, Hot Line Cooks
We are directly located on the bus line, a mere 15 minutes away from various major areas.

We are looking for full and part-time Pantry, and Hot Line Cooks to join our kitchen staff where they will assist various stations throughout the club. Cook responsibilities include preparing various hors d’oeuvres, salads, desserts, sandwiches, grill and sauté items, fry items, general prep work. To be successful in this role, you should be able to handle the kitchen’s fast-paced working environment, be familiar with food hygiene and be available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
For Snack Shop, very little culinary experience is required. We are more than happy to train the skills necessary for the position, and for those who do well, promotions to the main Clubhouse are available and encouraged.
Responsibilities
Make cold salads, sandwiches, and hot food items from the grill, flattop, sauté, and fryer
Work with a team in a fast-paced and fun environment
Perform meal-prep activities before guests arrive
Store ingredients to keep them fresh and reduce food wastage
Check food plating, temperature and portions for all dishes
Sterilize kitchen equipment at the end of your shift
Assist with plating for ala carte dining as well as banquets and large events
Recommend modern recipes to renew our menu and add nutritious, creative dishes
Maintain a clean station at all times
Skills
Work experience as a Pantry Cook, Prep Cook or similar role
Hands-on experience with professional kitchen equipment
Good knowledge of food plating techniques
Understanding of health and safety rules in a kitchen
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Team spirit
Availability to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends
A degree from a culinary school is a plus but not at all necessary

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
