Role Description The Shift Lead is a full-time, on-site position located in Cincinnati, OH. The primary responsibilities include supervising daily store operations, ensuring team efficiency, and providing exceptional customer service. Key tasks include managing staff, overseeing food and beverage preparation, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and consistently meeting quality and performance standards. The Shift Lead will act as a role model for team members, ensuring smooth shifts, and addressing any operational challenges promptly while focusing on creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
