Staff Qualifications and Performance CriteriaContractor and/or Contractor's Staff assigned to this Contract shall have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other related field/equivalent work experience;A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in design and/or development experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Oracle, and Structured Query Language (SQL) Server in an n-tier architecture;Strong background in object-oriented development techniques;Experience with database design and development (Oracle/Microsoft SQL Server);Experience with SQL tuning;Experience with development source control (Azure Dev Ops);Experience as a project leader on multiple IT projects;Experience as an expert/lead technical role;Experience working various projects/issues of high complexity that require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments;An in-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art programming languages and object-oriented approaches in designing, coding, testing, and debugging programs;Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies;Experience with support production deployments; assist with troubleshooting deployment issues;Experience with assisting with branching/merging in support of parallel development requirements;Experience with setting up continuous integration capabilities;Experience with setting up builds, transformations and deployment configurations for each environment;A minimum of ten (10) years of experience with .Net 4.5 and higher;A minimum of ten (10) years of experience with Visual Studio 2015 or higher;
