PRN / As-Needed Caregiver (Must Have Car)

Employment Type: PRN (As-Needed) and Part-Time Pay: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Service Area: Montgomery, Philadelphia, Delaware, Chester & Bucks Counties Position Overview We are seeking dependable caregivers to provide non-medical home care services in clients’ homes. Caregivers may be hired as PRN (as-needed) or Part-Time depending on availability, client needs, and agency demand. Responsibilities Include: Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Companionship and supervision Light housekeeping and laundry Meal preparation Medication reminders (non-medical) Following individualized care plans and agency policies Accurate documentation and timekeeping (clock-in/clock-out) Scheduling Options: PRN: No guaranteed hours; shifts offered based on agency needs Part-Time: Consistent weekly schedule based on client assignment Requirements (Must Meet to Be Considered): Minimum 1 year caregiving experience (home care preferred) Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license (required) Ability and willingness to travel to assigned client locations across multiple counties Reliable attendance and ability to accept assignments based on availability Smartphone for scheduling, communication, and documentation Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodation) Must pass background checks (as required by the agency/state) Professional communication and respectful, client-centered attitude What We Offer: Flexible scheduling options Supportive, professional environment Opportunity to transition from PRN to Part-Time based on performance and client needs Equal Opportunity Employer Statement: We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
