With a reputation for excellence, innovative technology platforms, and a client centric approach, Fragomen offers a dynamic environment where you can grow, contribute, and be part of shaping the future of global mobility.About MTSCo:About the role:Maintain and develop for ServiceNow core ITSM capabilities including Incident, Problem, ChangeBuild and maintain SAM (Software Asset Management) module functionality as required.Enhance Service Portal functionality and build out Employee Center Pro finctionaltuMaintain and implement enhancements to already existing CMDBBuild and customize automation using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.Design and maintain integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, scripted integrations, and MID Server.Configure and optimize Virtual Agent , Chatbot.Support Agile delivery through requirement analysis, story refinement, technical documentation, testing, and release activities.Ensure solutions follow platform best practices, maintainability guidelines, and security standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams with strong analytical and communication skills and followed by process driven.How will you make a difference as a ServiceNow Admin at Fragomen/MTSCo?You will drive meaningful improvements to the employee and IT service experience by designing, enhancing, and supporting core ServiceNow capabilities across ITSM, SAM, CMDB, and the Service Portal. Through smart automation, wellarchitected integrations, and optimized Virtual Agent and chatbot solutions, you will reduce manual effort, improve data accuracy, and accelerate service delivery. By partnering closely with crossfunctional teams in an Agile environment, you will deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions that follow platform best practices and enable processdriven, highquality outcomes for the business.
