Senior Sales Manager
The Senior Manager, OE Sales is responsible for driving new business acquisition with automotive OEMs, ranging from established manufacturers to emerging and niche players. Reporting to the Senior Director, Commercial, this role blends hands-on sales execution with strategic business planning and plays a key role in expanding the organization’s footprint in high-growth, underserved markets.This leader will research, identify, and target emerging OEMs with strong growth potential, building early-stage relationships across procurement, engineering, and supply chain functions. The role will actively pursue smaller OE and aftermarket opportunities, develop account plans and customer strategies, and support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and business cases. Success requires disciplined pipeline management within CRM systems and close collaboration with business development leadership to ensure smaller wins align with broader commercial objectives.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree requiredMinimum of 5 years of experience in OE and aftermarket sales opportunitiesProven track record of securing new business with automotive OEMs, including emerging or non-traditional manufacturersExperience developing account strategies, business plans, and go-to-market approaches for new customersStrong ability to build relationships across procurement, engineering, and supply chain organizationsDemonstrated success managing a sales pipeline and forecasting opportunities using CRM toolsAbility to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and finance teams to support new business winsStrong negotiation, presentation, and proposal development skillsWillingness to travel as needed to support customer engagement and industry events
