GO Systems enables production workflow maturity within the tooling dimension for GO by identifying appropriate tooling strategies to solve business problems and partnering with key engineering partners to execute against those strategies. We are looking for a full-time software developer to join us. Our full stack developers help to scale and mature our tech stack by implementing new features, and last mile code changes, removing engineering bottlenecks across our various products.\r\nMinimum Qualifications\r\n\r\nCurrently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta\r\nBA / BSc degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field or international equivalent\r\n3+ years of programming experience\r\nAnalytical-thinking and problem-solving experience\r\nExperience working across a global multicultural and multilingual team, solving problems and designing business operations from scratch\r\nExperience communicating with cross-functional partners (both technical and non-technical audiences)\r\n\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\n\r\nExperience with customer support/operations software-oriented projects\r\nExperience working in a technology company, consulting firm or a equivalent productive environment\r\nKnowledgeable in driving solutions for global operational teams\r\nExperience with scrum and agile methodologies in delivering roadmaps\r\nExperience with AI technologies\r\nExperience of consistently working under your own initiative and prioritization of work with minimal input\r\nExperience with process change management or process improvement\r\nExperience with internal tool development incorporating WFM knowledge and bug management\r\nProven collaboration and communication skills across a global team\r\n\r\nResponsibilities\r\n\r\nExtend our internal platforms and systems by building workflows and high-quality tools that enable operations to scale\r\nCode using primarily PHP/Hack and JavaScript/React\r\nGuide design and code reviews\r\nUse software engineering skill sets to drive meaningful business impact by looking at problems through an operational lens\r\nSupport vibecoding across Operations\r\nBusiness case development to support new and improved processes for consumers, businesses and partners that leverage our products\r\nWork extensively with our cross-functional stakeholders like engineering, product management, legal, partnerships, business development and marketing\r\nDrive and measure tool health, while supporting bug and incident management processes\r\nCommunicate and collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities with stakeholders and influence organizational roadmaps\r\nGather, analyze and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall support experience\r\n\r\nAbout Meta\r\nMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
