Love your job.\n\nTexas Instruments is looking for an energetic engineer with a passion for process technology. This position provides the opportunity to drive continual improvement at all levels. Our team is primarily focused on driving improved process technologies in a state-of-the-art, growing 300mm analog and embedded wafer fab in Lehi, Utah.\n\nResponsibilities include:\n\nUtilize technical knowledge of semiconductor device physics to enable competitive technology through process and parametric improvements\n\nDrive process and device improvements through characterization, test, design of experiments, data analysis and simulation\n\nOwnership of technology parametric performance\n\nParametric Cpk improvements\n\nParametric test dispositions including root cause determination for scrap or outliers, definition and evaluations of experiments to improve processes\n\nProduct flow creation/review\n\nShort flow development\n\nCross functional team leadership to support the transfer, development, qualification, and manufacturing of advanced analog and embedded technologies.\n\nWork with multiple process, integration, reliability, packaging and test engineers to achieve goals\n\nWork closely with the product groups to identify and optimize the process performance to meet critical final device parameters to enable game changing products in the market\n\nThe person performing this role must be capable to plan effectively, drive schedules, meet critical deadlines on multiple tasks in parallel, lead technical discussions in their area of expertise, and work effectively across organizational boundaries. They must be able to clearly communicate project status and actions. Additionally, they must be able to interface with multiple organizations and work well on a diverse team to accomplish goals.\n\nQualifications\nMinimum requirements:\n\nMasters or PhD in EE/ECE or semi-conductor specific: solid state physics, applied physics or quantum mechanics\n\nExperienced hire: 4 years of experience working in semiconductor factory with experience in semiconductor devices and transition of new technology from introduction to production on schedule\n\nExperienced Hire Preferred qualifications:\n\nDemonstrated technical and practical understanding of semiconductor devices and integration\n\nExperience in 65nm and below process technology nodes\n\nDemonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\n\nAbility to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions\n\nStrong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery\n\nDemonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships\n\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment\n\nAbility to take the initiative and drive for results\n\nWhy TI?\n\nEngineer your future.
