Qualification Requirements Valid Class "A" CDL license Required to carry a current medical examiners certificate (FMCSR part 391.41) Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience in hauling heavy equipment is required for this position. Able to safely drive a water tanker, fuel tanker, walking floor trailer, flatbed, and other commercial vehicles as required within driver's license guidelines and with the required driver's license endorsements Must be able to communicate effectively with job site supervisors and fellow employees. Able to work day or night shifts as required Able to stay out of town as needed Experience with airbrakes and standard transmission Ability to lift, frequently, up to 50 pounds personally and up to 150 pounds with assistance. Manual secure heavy equipment utilizing chains, straps, and binder/binding devices on equipment. Must be able to secure equipment properly to the trailer. The employee is responsible for the proper loading and securing of heavy equipment to prevent movement and allow safe transport to job sites. Must be able to unload and load the trailer, either with or without assistance.
