Serve as primary contact for existing clients.Organizational Duties And ResponsibilitiesSupports the mission, vision and philosophy of the Bank. Complies willingly with all organizational policies and procedures.Supports all functions that maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesAnswer phones and greet customersCommunicate effectively with customers, internal and external, either verbally or in writingAssist customers with all transactional needs between accounts, to include, but not limited to, account transfers and wire requests.Partner with all business lines to service customer’s banking needs, such as opening accounts and account maintenanceIdentify any cross-selling opportunitiesAssist in the preparation, maintenance, and servicing of loans, which includes ordering any supporting documentation from outside service providersKnowledge of the bank’s loan policy and departmental proceduresCreate customer profiles in lending software and assist in preparation of approval documentDetermine appropriate approval authorities required for all loan requestsEnsure all documents are accurate and ready for closingClose loans in lender’s absenceFund loans according to documentation within the loan packageSubmit closed loans for processing in a timely mannerManage all exception reports by notifying clients, vendors, or lenders of needed documentationSubmit required, collected financial statements to Credit Analysts for processingProvide administrative support to the department as neededOther FunctionsAssist in organizing departmental events as neededOther duties as assignedMinimum Job RequirementsEducation: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent, College Degree preferredExperienceMinimum of 1-year recent experience in related field or professional work experience in financial services industryKnowledge of basic lending fundamentals and loan documentationSpecific SkillsCommunicate effectively through writing and speaking as appropriate for the needs of the audienceCapability to communicate and collaborate with all levels of management and employeesDemonstrates active listening skillsAttentive to detailAbility to maintain customer satisfaction and generate positive client relationshipsEfficiently manage timeProficiencies to include Word, Excel and OutlookProfessional appearance and demeanorPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee in order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
