{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"066d51814ec05ab82922496f","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/066d51814ec05ab82922496f","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/066d51814ec05ab82922496f","title":"Cloud Operations Engineer","description":"Job Description: The Cloud Operations Engineer is a customer-facing role responsible to assist with project and deployment tasks in support of CyberSheath Managed Services clients' onboarding and technology initiatives.\r\nThe successful candidate will engage new clients to understand their architecture, implement CyberSheath solutions and technologies in the environment, and address any potential gaps that may arise.\r\nThey will work as part of a project team responsible for the management, support, and migration/implementation projects related to CyberSheath client's IT systems.\r\nProvision and deliver computer systems and services, both on-premise and cloud hosted solutions\r\nRegularly perform migrations to Office 365 (email, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams), server migrations to Azure, and implement various Azure technologies\r\nDesign and deliver secure cloud solutions in Office 365 and Azure\r\nArchitecture, design, system evaluation and analysis, and infrastructure assessments\r\nDeploy and maintain tools and monitoring agents such as endpoint protection, vulnerability management, log collection, multifactor authentication, RMM, etc.\r\nTrack all activities, detailed case notes, and time entries within the Service Desk Ticketing system\r\nWork with internal CyberSheath stakeholders to ensure key tasks and timeline are identified, on time, and on budget\r\nProvide timely updates and feedback to the internal team and clients regarding project status activities being on-track.\r\nDrive technical implementation tasks to completion by budgeted deadlines\r\nProactively communicate with clients to ensure requests are properly addressed\r\nCollaborate with team members to troubleshoot onboarding implementation issues as they arise\r\nOther duties as assigned.\r\nRequirements: Minimum of 7+ years' experience in System Administration, including experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Azure Administration, Server Management (Active Directory – Group Policy), Deployment and Migrations\r\nMust have proven experience performing successful Office 365 email migrations and cloud, P2V, V2V server migrations\r\nMust have experience with Intune enrollment and policies.\r\nIntermediate networking experience (TCP/IP, routing, SSH, VPN)\r\nKnowledge of automation tools and scripting\r\nKnowledge of security tools, such as EDR, SIEM, MFA, DLP, AIP, etc.\r\nGreat analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex systems and problems\r\nMust have exceptional interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills\r\nAmazing organization skills to balance and prioritize workloads.\r\nMust be comfortable with leading technical discussions consisting of client and CyberSheath personnel\r\nDemonstrated ability to work in a team environment\r\nMust be a U.S. Citizen and reside within the United States or its Territories\r\nBenefits: A virtual work environment\r\nTravel expectations -
