Manage test programs in a multi‐vendor environment; articulate issues, risks, and mitigation plans to client stakeholders. Assess knowledge gaps, define knowledge‐transition requirements, and create a knowledge‐transition plan.Lead knowledge transition from the current team and manage the overall transition to the ramp‐up team. Oversee the automation transformation committed in the Statement of Work. Collaborate with stakeholders, participate in strategy/technical discussions, and ensure alignment. Lead the TestRail implementation plan. Establish metrics dashboards for the program and provide periodic reporting to client stakeholders. Experience with P&C insurance is an added advantage. Eligibility USC and GC only. C2H contract.
