That’s what great pre‑sales does, and what we’re looking for in our next Solutions Engineer.\n\nThis role requires engaging, challenging, and inspiring. You’ll learn my audience, know when to dive into technical detail and when to elevate the conversation to business value.\n\nProblem‑solving, storytelling, and shaping client decisions are the keys. If you love that, we’d love to talk.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nConsult and collaborate with prospects to deeply understand their business challenges across industries and data domains, tailoring consultative approaches to guide them toward impactful outcomes.\n\nDeliver engaging and value‑driven demonstrations and presentations that showcase how our capabilities align with their needs.\n\nElevate the narrative by shifting conversations beyond technical details to meaningful discussions about differentiation, business outcomes, and industry trends.\n\nPush the boundaries by using our API framework and SDK to explore creative ways to extend our capabilities, tailoring innovative solutions for unique prospect use cases.\n\nDrive competitive edge by creating messaging and collateral that highlight our strengths and establish us as a trusted partner in PIM, MDM, PXM, and Syndication.\n\nOwn your demo environments, taking responsibility for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing your demo accounts and software environments to deliver seamless, impactful, and tailored demonstrations.\n\nCollaborate across teams, partnering with sales, product management, and marketing to refine offerings, address customer feedback, and stay ahead of market demands.\n\nSupport and inspire the team, sharing ideas, providing support, and showcasing achievements to move the needle and elevate the art of pre‑sales.\n\nQualifications\n\n5+ years of Solutions Engineering experience in a SaaS environment.\n\nTechnical expertise: deep understanding of APIs, cloud‑native technologies, and the ability to quickly learn and articulate complex capabilities.\n\nIndustry knowledge: experience in PIM, MDM, PXM, Syndication, and e‑commerce, ideally across multiple domains.\n\nConsultative mindset: ability to position capabilities as enablers of business value rather than technical tools.\n\nCommunication skills: polished and persuasive communicator who simplifies complex ideas and builds trust with diverse stakeholders.\n\nSelf‑motivation: proactive, solution‑oriented attitude that drives results independently and collaboratively.\n\nPresentation mastery: experience delivering engaging product demonstrations to technical and business audiences.\n\nStrategic insight: familiarity with competitive landscapes and industry trends to refine messaging and support differentiation efforts.\n\nCreative problem‑solving: drive to push boundaries and create tailored solutions that address specific business challenges.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nYour individual compensation, within the budgeted salary range, is determined by your skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
