This job carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies. Position may provide direction to small groups.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\n\nAbility to produce quality products based on customer requirements on multiple ASC roll formers/machines. Focus on part quality (length/straightness/camber/twist).\nEnsure operational success by monitoring and maintaining all packaging material levels at each machine. Boxes, pallets, tape, glue, etc.\nAbility to set-up machines. May be asked to change over roll formers as needed.\nLoad coils of steel/aluminum onto reels based on production schedule and machine capacity. –\nHigh level of understanding of material codes and production reports (metal codes/cartons/colors/labeling/etc.). Roll craft, roll form and basic FMA requirement.\n\nLanguage/Reasoning Ability/Mathematical Skills\n\nAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, or decimals. Ability to read, write and speak basic English and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to fill out production reports and follow production schedules.\n\nCertificates, Licenses, Registrations\n\nMay be asked to have a Forklift License to facilitate production.
