The Electrical Assembly Lead will report to the Production Supervisor and lead a crew of assemblers/technicians in a shift to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals. Responsibilities Ensure projects are completed on time and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and values. Lead the electrical assembly team, preparing and setting up workstations and materials for daily tasks. Conduct daily tier meetings with associates in accordance with RBS standards. Ensure work instructions, standards, and specifications are followed and promote Lean manufacturing processes. Maintain compliance with ISO, EHS procedures, and site initiatives. Participate in quality inspections to verify adherence to standards. Collaborate with extended team on investigations related to safety, quality, and other issues. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; technical diploma/certifications in electrical, manufacturing, or related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of directly related manufacturing experience in electrical panel/switchgear assembly. Experience leading a crew of assemblers/technicians – assigning work, giving instructions, coaching, and providing performance feedback. Strong knowledge of low/medium voltage switchgear assembly, wiring, and testing, including reading complex electric schematics and work instructions. Ability to troubleshoot and solve practical electrical and mechanical problems on the line. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to lift 30 pounds and accurately prepare and enter data into spreadsheets. Ability to work overtime when required. Must successfully complete employer‐provided training during the first 6 weeks of onboarding; company will assist with travel documentation as needed. Location & Compensation Arlington, TX – Pay: $29–$35 per hour (based on experience); Schedule: Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday, 5:45AM–4:15PM.
