You'll partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to improve profitability, forecasting, pricing, inventory management, and business intelligence across four manufacturing locations, supporting more than $60 million in OEM business.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\n\nDuring your first year, you'll become the business expert for our custom cable assembly product line by:\n\nDelivering timely, accurate business analysis that supports leadership decisions.\nImproving visibility into margins, pricing, inventory, forecasting, and backlog.\nDeveloping forecasting models and dashboards that improve operational performance.\nIdentifying opportunities that increase profitability and reduce business risk.\nBecoming the trusted product expert for assigned OEM product lines and customer requirements\nBuilding a clear product roadmap and identifying opportunities for growth, cost reduction, and portfolio improvement\nBeing recognized as a trusted cross functional business partner\n\nThis is a remote position requiring the employee to work from the Eastern or Central Time Zone.
