Job DetailsSpecialty: Long Term Care (LTC)Location: Newark, New YorkShift: Mid Shift - 5x8 Hours (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)Duration: 13 WeeksWeekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend ResponsibilitiesAssist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)Support ambulation, transfers, repositioning, and mobility assistanceProvide bathing, grooming, oral care, skin care, and hygiene supportMonitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and patient condition changesAssist with feeding, fluid restrictions, and specimen collectionMaintain infection control and PPE complianceOperate patient care equipment including Hoyer lifts, wheelchairs, specialty beds, and transfer devicesCollaborate with nursing staff to ensure quality patient care Required QualificationsMinimum 1 year of Certified Nursing Assistant experienceActive CNA certification requiredLong Term Care experience preferredStrong patient care and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment Preferred SkillsExperience with patient transfers and safe patient handlingKnowledge of infection prevention and isolation precautionsExperience obtaining and documenting vital signsFamiliarity with long-term care workflows and patient support For more details reach at sthakur@navitashealth.comor Call / Text at 732 791 4807 - EXT 4807.
