Senior Vendor Manager, Dental Business Consultant

Job Description:Responsible for the strategic management, evaluation, and oversight of vendor relationships to ensure optimal performance Collaborates with cross-functional teams, monitors vendor performance, and drives process improvements Serves as the strategic owner of vendor contracting and ongoing vendor performance Monitors vendor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements Facilitates collaboration between internal stakeholders and vendors for complex deals and strategic initiatives Identifies and resolves process gaps, risks, and issues related to vendor relationships Provides regular reporting and updates to leadership on vendor performance, risks, and opportunities Supports audits and compliance deliverables related to vendors Establishing best practices, templates, and standard work to improve efficiency across markets Requirements:Demonstrated experience leading contract negotiations and managing complex vendor relationships Strong understanding of Medicaid and/or Medicare programs 5-7+ years of vendor management experience 5 years of experience in government programs Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills Adept at collaboration and teamwork Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills Experience in contracting Benefits:medical, dental, and vision coverage paid time off retirement savings options wellness programs other resources, based on eligibility
