Certified Instructor Faculty Lead

To enhance academic programs, the full-time remote Certified Instructor Faculty Lead will deliver high-quality instruction, support student success, and contribute to faculty training and development. Key responsibilities Lead instruction for live cohorts and B2B projects while ensuring quality assurance and monitoring custom cohorts Serve as a substitute instructor, resolve student complaints, and support ADA accommodations as needed Create and deliver onboarding and ongoing training materials for new adjunct faculty, while reviewing and updating course materials Required qualifications Current and valid AAPC Instructor certification, plus core certifications (e.g., CPC, CPMA, COC) Prior teaching experience in corporate training or adult education 3+ years of related professional experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience leading, mentoring, or evaluating instructors or faculty preferred
