This position is responsible for locating, preparing, compounding, labeling, packing, shipping samples, and managing all associated documentation both domestically and internationally. The role works closely with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, Technical and Quality teams to manage daily priorities and ensure timely sample delivery.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nPrepare, compound, label, package and ship samples for domestic and international customers.\n\nMaintain sample inventory, raw materials and packaging supplies to support ongoing requests.\n\nGenerate and review required shipping, safety, regulatory and customer documentation.\n\nMonitor sample turnaround times and help ensure timely delivery of customer requests.\n\nMaintain organized sample libraries and retained sample records.\n\nCommunicate delays, issues or special requirements to internal stakeholders.\n\nFollow laboratory safety procedures and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.\n\nQualifications\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.\n\nExperience working in a laboratory, compounding, manufacturing or similar environment preferred.\n\nAbility to learn laboratory techniques, shipping requirements and safety procedures.\n\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\n\nEffective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.\n\nAttention to detail when handling samples, documentation and inventory.\n\nAbility to safely lift and move materials as part of daily responsibilities.\n\nBenefits\n\nOpportunity to develop laboratory, compounding and regulatory knowledge.\n\nHands‑on experience supporting customer‑focused operations.\n\nCollaborative team environment with cross‑functional exposure.\n\nTraining on safety, shipping compliance and laboratory procedures.\n\nOpportunities to contribute process improvements and operational efficiencies.\n\nA role that combines technical work, inventory management and customer support.\n\nThe chance to make a direct impact on product delivery and customer satisfaction.\n\nPay Range\nThe hourly rate for this position is $25.37–$28.67 per hour USD.
