Description:Assist customers by properly identifying needed items, using parts catalogs or computer, price items and print ticketsMake sure the technician or customer receives the correct part and on time, as promisedStudy and stay current on new product bulletins and catalogs on dealer portalsParticipate and stay up-to-date on NH/MF online trainingBe complete and concise in entering all necessary information in the inventory control system recordsDocument and correct discrepancies between inventory records and shelf quantitiesAlways see that defective merchandise and returns are tagged properly with date and correct part numberMake necessary entries to inventory control system assuring proper records are kept with current pricing, as well as the recording and entering of special ordersRequirements:Ability to understand and follow instructions in EnglishLift up to 50 poundsComputer experience and knowledge using Word and ExcelChoice of standing, leaning, or sitting while workingThe environment is mainly inside, sometimes inventories will be taken outside
