You will train assembly and evaluation/repair teams to processes and procedures relevant to Client Service Operations.\nYou are responsible for\nLearning relevant service procedures and processes to become a proficient trainer\nLearning how to navigate through relevant electronic databases\nTraining associates in service processes such as assembly and evaluation/repair\nTrainees ability to effectively complete assigned tasks\nAddressing questions from associates during servicing process\nWorking in a team environment\nEffectively communicating with assemblers, technicians, engineers, and supervisors as required\nNavigating in Quality System to find appropriate procedures.\nParticipating in root cause analysis and problem solving\nDuties and tasks are repetitive.\nYou are a part of\nThe Client Sleep & Respiratory Care (SRC) business, which exists to restore natural sleep and breathing. You will be part of the Service Operations team.\nTo succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience\nDemonstrated ability to effectively deliver training.
