Life as a Housekeeping Manager:
Monitor and direct all housekeeping associates in areas of Room Attendant, Public Area Attendants, and Housepersons
Distribute room assignments to staff based on occupancy and conduct room inspections
Prepare associate weekly schedule according to the business forecast, payroll, and budget and productivity requirements
Maintaining cleanliness, service, and product quality standards of rooms, public spaces, bathrooms, offices, and meeting rooms
Adhere to brand standards
Manage daily systems to track performance, payroll, time and attendance, and forecasting
What we're looking for:
Hotel housekeeping supervisory experience required
Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
Must work well in stressful high-pressure situations
Must be effective at listening to understanding clarifying and resolving the concerns and issues raised by coworkers and guests
What to expect in your first few months:
First, you will become familiarized with the property and your associates! From there we'll have you work within the hotel operations, specifically in the housekeeping department, where you'll monitor and direct all housekeeping staff and housekeeping leadership. As you continue to work in this role, you'll become a key contributor to the guest experience!
