Technical Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager (TPM) to bridge business operations and technical engineering execution within a large-scale enterprise IT environment.Key Responsibilities:• Partner with business stakeholders, leadership, and engineering teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions• Lead discovery sessions, create product backlogs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria• Collaborate with architects, security teams, and DBAs to ensure scalable and compliant system solutions• Evaluate APIs, integrations, and enterprise platforms to support strategic buy-vs-build decisions• Drive documentation standards, technical governance, status reporting, and process improvements• Develop SOPs, templates, policies, and training materials to streamline project intake and deliveryRequired Experience:• 4+ years of Product Management or Technical Program Management experience• Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, technical architecture, and system integrations• Experience working within government, transportation, or large enterprise environments preferred• Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS), GIS/Spatial Data Systems, ServiceNow, or Data Pipelines is highly preferred• Vendor and contractor management experience is a plusPreferred Skills:• Excellent stakeholder communication and requirement engineering skills• Strong analytical and documentation abilities• Experience managing cross-functional technical initiatives in regulated environments
