The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in .NET/C#, Blazor, JavaScript, and SQL, along with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and full SDLC processes.This role involves developing, enhancing, and maintaining web-based applications, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain web-based applications using .NET/C#, Blazor, JavaScript, HTML, and CSSPerform root cause analysis and resolve application issues effectivelyCollaborate with stakeholders and team members for requirements gathering, development, and enhancementsParticipate in Agile SDLC processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectivesDevelop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database interactions (Oracle/SQL Server)Contribute to UI/UX development using responsive web design best practicesEnsure applications comply with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)Present application changes and enhancements to stakeholders for approvalWork with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar for task tracking and deploymentAssist in code migration projects, including porting applications from Java to .NET BlazorRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or related field4+ years of experience in web-based software developmentStrong programming experience in .NET/C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQLExperience with ASP.NET, front-end and back-end technologiesProven experience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting3+ years of experience working in Agile SDLC environmentsExperience collaborating within development teams on SDLC activitiesStrong communication skills, including presenting technical solutionsPreferred QualificationsExperience with C# .NET Blazor (1+ year)Experience migrating applications from Java to .NET BlazorFamiliarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar toolsKnowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG)Experience with TDA systems
