Customers who shop at the 260 Final Sale receive sample sale prices with a more personalized experience! Your Role: Deliver an extraordinary customer experience. Focus on customer satisfaction and repeat business by engaging with the customer. Here at 260 Final Sale we encourage you as a sales specialist to think creatively about how to cultivate long-lasting relationships with customers. About the Role: There's 3 locations with possibility of working 2151 Broadway, NY,NY 10023 ; 468 Broadway, NY,NY 10273 ; 1517 3rd ave NY,NY 10028 Maintain a strong working knowledge of the store and the designers it carries Inform each client of current promotions, brands and future sale events Provide customers with personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience Demonstrate dedication and professionalism while engaging with clients Maintenance of cash wrap, to enhance accurate and effective performance Immediately welcomes client's as they enter the area and proactively offers assistance Skilled at asking appropriate questions to identify a client's needs in order to effectively provide them guidance or directions Knowledgeable of store layout, current merchandise assortment and able to direct Clients to the appropriate area Demonstrates a high level of energy and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Able to understand a client's concerns and quickly determine solutions with limited supervision Maintain the cleanliness and organiztaion of the sales floor Restock based on best sellers, size offerings, and low sellers Visual Merchandsing What we’d like to See: The ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment Lead through results Often going above and beyond your goals Consistently a top performer and elevates the performance of others Excellent analytical and communication skills Flexibility and availability to work weekends including holidays Team player / great team spirit The ability to interact with clients High School Diploma Required At least 2+ years of retail experience Ability to stand 8-10 hours in one shift Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
