This position offers an opportunity to apply your diverse skills in a fast-paced, collaborative setting where your contributions make a real difference every day.\nDuties\nNONE OF THESE APPLY -v\nPerform mechanical tasks such as welding, pipe fitting, and equipment servicing to ensure operational integrity\nUtilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation tasks and system troubleshooting in manufacturing or facilities environments\nCarry out general facilities maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, painting (including residential painting), and HVAC support\nUse CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to schedule, track, and document maintenance activities and repairs\nRead and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions\nSupervise or assist with projects involving safety standards, quality control, and team coordination while ensuring compliance with industry regulations\nOperate testing tools such as ohmmeters to measure electrical resistance and verify system integrity\nProvide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during maintenance visits\nLead or support team members with supervising experience in multi-trade projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards\nExperience\nProven experience in facilities maintenance or multi-trade roles within manufacturing, residential, or commercial settings\nStrong electrical experience with knowledge of schematics, wiring, PLCs, and troubleshooting electrical systems\nSkilled in welding techniques and mechanical repairs involving various tools and equipment\nFamiliarity with CMMS software for maintenance management and record-keeping\nDemonstrated supervisory or leadership experience managing small teams or projects effectively\nAbility to read technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and mechanical diagrams fluently\nExcellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and customer interactions\nHands-on experience with plumbing, painting (including residential), HVAC support is advantageous\nKnowledge of safety procedures related to facilities maintenance including OSHA standards or equivalent\nJoin us as a Multi Trade Technician to bring your broad skill set into a vibrant environment where your expertise keeps operations running smoothly.
