inventory of reports, dashboards, and data assets\nDocument data lineage and transformation logic\nDevelop and maintain BI standards and procedures\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field\nMaster's degree or relevant certifications preferred\nExperience\n3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related field\nProven experience developing dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms\nStrong background in SQL and database management\nExperience with data warehousing concepts and practices\nTrack record of delivering BI solutions that drive business value\nTechnical Skills\nExpert proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar)\nAdvanced SQL skills for complex queries and database management\nExperience with data modeling and dimensional design\nProficiency in ETL tools and processes (SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Informatica, etc.)\nStrong Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis features\nKnowledge of database systems (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.)\nFamiliarity with data visualization best practices\nExperience with programming languages (Python, R, DAX, M) a plus\nCore Competencies\nStrong analytical
