lead for all Varicent initiatives driving business discussions requirement gathering sessions solution workshops and roadmap planningPartner with business stakeholders compensation teams and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable Varicent solutionsLead end-to-end design development configuration and support of Varicent SaaS based Incentive Compensation Management solutionsDesign and develop Varicent data models hierarchies imports calculations workflows reports dashboards outbound processes and security configurationsAct as the Varicent product SME guiding business users on platform capabilities best practices enhancement opportunities and solution approachesLead offshore development teams perform design and code reviews establish development standards and mentor team membersDrive new feature implementations compensation plan changes territory and hierarchy updates and production support activitiesManage project delivery estimates risks dependencies and stakeholder communications across onshore and offshore teamsSupport release planning testing strategy defect resolution deployment activities and postproduction stabilizationCollaborate with business and leadership teams to continuously improve compensation processes operational efficiency and reporting capabilitiesDrive issue resolution escalation management and ensure successful project execution while maintaining strong client relationshipsServe as the primary Varicent subject matter expert for executive stakeholders Sales Ops leaders Finance Controllers and IT leadershipDesign AI ready data and compensation solutions enabling business efficienciesOwn platform health monitor performance resolve technical issues and drive continuous improvement initiativesLead the Varicent upgrade and release management strategy including regression testing and change managementDefine and implement data governance audit controls and SOX compliant configuration standardsMentor and coach junior t analysts and developers conducting knowledge transfer sessionsLead a blended team of internal staff and offshore resourcesRequired Experience Skillset10 years of experience in Incentive Compensation Management with a minimum of 5 years Handson Varicent platform experience1 years of strong expertise in the Varicent SaaS Platform including configuration development administration deployments and production supportDeep demonstrable expertise in both Varicent Designer data models calculations pipeline workflows symbols and Varicent Studio reports dashboards web forms conditional formattingProven experience delivering Varicent solutions for largescale multinational enterprisesTrack record of leading full ICM implementation projects independently from requirements through go liveAdvanced proficiency in Varicent Designer pipeline configuration symbol logic data transformation error handling and performance tuningStrong SQL and relational database skills SQL Server Oracle or PostgreSQL for data validation and integration supportUnderstanding of ETL principles API integrations RESTSOAP and flat file data exchange
