Nail Technician

*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Nail Technician to join our team. If you are passionate about nail care and beauty services, this is an exciting opportunity to showcase your talents in a vibrant salon environment. *Responsibilities* - Perform manicures and pedicures with precision and attention to detail - Provide nail care treatments including nail shaping, cuticle care, and polish application - Offer additional services such as nail art, gel nails, and acrylic enhancements - Sanitize tools and equipment to maintain a clean and hygienic workspace - Engage with clients to understand their preferences and deliver personalized services - Upsell retail products related to nail care and beauty services *Requirements* - Certification in Cosmetology or Nail Care - Proficiency in nail care techniques including nail art and gel applications - Knowledge of retail sales practices and upselling techniques - Experience with body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair threading, or hair extensions is a plus - Familiarity with retail math for product sales - Ability to maintain a sanitary work environment in accordance with industry standards Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Shift: 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
