SAP HCM Project Executive Austin, TX (Remote within Texas)6-9 month contract with possibility to extensionJob DescriptionYou will be responsible for consulting successful end-to-end delivery of strategic SAP HCM projects, programs, and portfolios.Candidate must be an outstanding communicator in all senses of the skill.Must demonstrate multiple successful projects delivering HR Technologies. Highly prefer SAP: SuccessFactors and QualtricsMust demonstrate deep Human Resources IT domain expertise and experienceMust demonstrate understanding of IT Architecture, Policy, Budgets (Funding), SAP/HCM Best Practices & Systems to deliver solutionsMust demonstrate successful project delivery including enterprise integration of multiple systemsMust be experienced in work-flow and data-flow documentation and design.Must be able to describe standard project management processes, artifacts and procedures – including Risk Management, Budget Control, Schedule Management, etc.Must demonstrate experience in Vendor Management through activities including SOW development, payment terms, and relationship management.Need to understand Software Development Life Cycle and various delivery methodologies like Waterfall and AgileMust demonstrate experience in managing large teams, multi-vendor delivery, diverse stakeholders in a public sector environmentMinimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree8+ years leading Large IT Projects/Programs or relevant work experience5+ years implementing SAP HCM related technologiesMust possess good Executive presence and ability to present complex relevant project topics to broad stakeholder groups.Ability to lead a team environment with Agile delivery valuesKnowledge & Experience DesiredMust have configuration knowledge/consulting skills for HR IT systems, highly prefer SAP HCM experienceOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsPMP Certification highly preferredRelevant SAP HCM ERP Certification(s) preferred
