Marketing Coordinator

Overview: TABLE will be hiring a part-time Marketing Coordinator (18 hours/week) to start in November 2024. The Marketing Coordinator will work to expand TABLE’s marketing efforts to better tell our story and engage all stakeholders (families, donors, and volunteers). She/he works closely with TABLE’s Marketing Director to strategically communicate our work and keep our messaging consistent in order to strengthen TABLE’s overall impact. Responsibilities Analyze engagement & success of website, social, digital, and traditional media. Recommend adaptations to marketing efforts as needed. Test new marketing strategies & platforms under supervision of the Marketing Director. Incorporate findings into Communications & Strategic Plans. Plan, manage, design, and post to all social media platforms. Expand use of social media platforms. Manage, assign, and publish monthly blog posts. Utilize Canva to support graphic design needs for social, newsletters, and other smaller projects & support the creation of marketing materials. Attend TABLE events and publicize appropriately. Develop relationships with local media outlets. Pitch and get stories in traditionalmedia at least 3x/year. Skills Required Dedicated to serving children in our community, energetic, possesses excellent communication skills, takes initiative, experience in graphic design, proficient in Microsoft Suite and Canva, organized, hardworking, and works well with others. Commitment: Minimum 1 year commitment Benefits Results-focused work, allowing for remote hours. Good experience in marketing. Starting pay is $21.50/hour for 18 hours/week.
