Prepare tools, equipment, and orders for contractors and installation technicians heading out to jobs.\nFacility Upkeep: Perform weekly cleaning and organization of the showroom and warehouse to keep the environment clean and presentable.\nParts & Warranty Management: Learn our product lines (fireplaces, hot tubs, saunas) to identify and order correct replacement parts. Process warranty claims with manufacturers and track replacement items.\nCustomer & Technical Support: Assist customers in-person and over the phone.
