This role contributes to improving system performance, enabling automation, and supporting the continued growth of Cavender’s technology landscape.\n\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nSupport the “Cavender’s Culture” and drive the Mission, Vision and Values.\nDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise applications across ERP, retail, and integrated systems\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions\nDevelop customizations, extensions, and enhancements within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or similar ERP platforms\nBuild and maintain integrations between enterprise systems including POS, payment platforms, logistics systems, and third-party services\nDevelop and maintain APIs and system integrations to support data flow across the enterprise ecosystem\nSupport data migration, reporting, and analytics initiatives across business systems\nTroubleshoot application issues, optimize system performance, and resolve production incidents\nParticipate in system upgrades, environment management, and release cycles\nContribute to code reviews, development standards, and technical documentation\nEnsure solutions follow secure coding practices and enterprise architecture standards\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle\nStay current with evolving technologies and recommend improvements to Cavender’s application ecosystem\n\nQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.\n3+ years of experience in enterprise software development\nExperience with object-oriented programming languages such as C#, .NET, Java, or similar\nExperience working with APIs, system integrations, and relational databases\nUnderstanding of ERP platforms or large-scale enterprise business applications\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\n\nPREFERRED SKILLS\n\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Commerce\nExperience with X++ development\nExperience supporting retail, distribution, or multi-location enterprise environments\nFamiliarity with Azure services, DevOps pipelines, or cloud-hosted applications\nExperience supporting POS, commerce platforms, or enterprise integrations\nMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate or similar certification\n\nCavender’s is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
