If honesty and integrity guide your decisions and you're known as a reliable team player, we want you on our team!Core ResponsibilitiesAssemble and install commercial furniture, including desks, chairs, cabinets, panels and componentsLoad and unload furniture on trucks with a high degree of caution, using protective blankets and padding as needed and securing items for transport to avoid damage and optimize spaceDrive commercial vans and trucks (up to 24-foot box truck)Install window coverings, artwork, and specialty itemsLoad boxes and filing cabinets onto moving palletsEnsure all furniture is assembled and installed according to company standards and client specificationsPerform quality checks to ensure all assembled furniture is free of defects and securely installedProactively communicate with Lead Installer, Branch Manager, and team members to ensure smooth project execution, reporting status and/or issuesHandle office preparation for installation projectsEnsure the workspace is free from trash and construction material at project endDisassemble office furniture and load pieces onto pallets and then trucksUnload items from truck and transport items to new locationUse hand tools as needed to disassemble and reassemble furniture and miscellaneous itemsCommunicate with clients in a professional and respectful mannerOther duties as assignedWhat you bringHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordWillingness to drive commercial vans and up to a 24-foot box truckA positive attitude and a customer-centric focusCommitment to collaboration and teamwork, with a passion for excellenceThe ability to be flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to support other markets as needed.A strong attention to detail, paired with a high level of professionalism, ensuring final results and interactions surrounding the customer exceed their expectations.Prior experience in furniture assembly and installation preferredExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to lift and/or move heavy objects, up to 50lbs.on a regular and consistent basisAbility to work extensively on one’s knees working under desktops; ability to regularly work bending, stooping, reaching, pushing and pullingWhat we offerCompetitive Pay with overtime hours as business needs arisePaid VacationPaid HolidaysPer Diem, Travel, and Expense ReimbursementsOpportunities for advancementThink you'd be a great fit?
