A successful candidate will have deep expertise in sortation technologies including linear sorters, crossbelt systems, palletizing automation, and AMR/AGV applications, with the ability to understand system‑of‑systems level interactions across material handling equipment, robotics, and facility infrastructure. You'll need strong technical problem‑solving abilities, excellent project management skills, the capacity to drive solution requirements to product teams, and the ability to effectively communicate with and influence stakeholders at all levels in a fast‑paced and often ambiguous environment.\n\nThe Solutions Design Team is responsible for translating business requirements into comprehensive robotic automation designs that integrate multiple technologies into cohesive solutions. You'll examine and optimize existing robotic solution performance while combining those learnings with the latest sortation and automation technologies to design state‑of‑the‑art solutions.
