We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager who can partner closely with the Store Manager, develop an incredible team, and help establish the culture and operational standards of our newest location from day one.\nThis is a hands-on leadership role. You'll coach, problem-solve, make drinks, connect with guests, and jump in wherever needed to keep the store running at its best.\nNew Store Opening & Training Because we want our opening leadership team ready to hit the ground running, training will take place prior to the South Broadway opening at our existing Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii Belmar location in Lakewood.\nApplicants should be available to complete required training at the Belmar location ahead of the anticipated October 7th opening.
