Superintendent","description":"Large GC specializing in Affordable Multifamily Rehabs and Renovations, looking for Site Superintendents and Project Manager for new project in Detroit, MI & surrounding areas.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nOversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation\nAllocate resources for assigned projects\nMaintain and update daily field reports in field reporting software\nEnsure accuracy of field documents and reports\nFacilitate “Tool Box Talks,” as necessary\nEnsure adherence to site safety standards and document discrepancies, if necessary\nSupervise onsite personnel and subcontractors\nInterface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients\nNegotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs\nMaintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications\nOther related projects, as assigned\nSkills/Qualifications:\nMinimum of 5-years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.\nExperience overseeing Multifamily Construction rehabs and renovations.\nOSHA 30\nComputer proficiency a MUST\n-experience with Timberline, Raken a plus\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nHighly organized with strict attention to detail\nGood judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions\nAbility to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees\nAbility to process requests quickly and efficiently\nAbility to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment\nStrong work ethic, self-motivated and self-starter\nPrevious experience in construction management or other related fields\nFamiliarity with construction management software\nStrong leadership skills\nStrong
